Help Wanted
Help! We’re losing two of our finest servers next month and we are in need of stellar replacements! We are not just an employer here, we are a family. We’re looking for people that aren’t just looking for a job, but that are looking for a fun way to meet new people and create new relationships…and get paid for it!
We would prefer candidates with a strong sense of community. Even if you’re not from Berks County originally, it’s important that you understand our role in the community and the image we have to uphold.
Of course prior restaurant experience would be a plus, but it’s definitely not mandatory. We understand that everyone has to start getting experience somewhere. So you know what you’re getting into, this is a server position. That means you’ll be responsible for making friends with our guests, taking orders, and delivering those orders, and often all at the same time! The hourly wage is nothing you can exactly retire off of, but you can do pretty well with tips if you have the right attitude! The more flexible your schedule is, the better!
